Custom software, automation and AI

Give me your problem.
I'll build what solves it.

Any process, bottleneck or task you don't want to do. Tell me about it. If it can be solved, I'll solve it, and you'll see it working before you pay. If it can't, I'll tell you on the call.

Bring me everything

If a computer can touch it, it's on the table.

Don't bring me a spec. Bring me what's annoying, slow, expensive, falling through the cracks, or the idea you've never had time to build. Working out the answer is my job.

A straight answer

I'll tell you what I can do, what I can't, and what's in between.

Most people selling software tell you yes to everything and work out the details after you've paid. I do it the other way round.

On the call, you tell me every problem you have and every place you'd want things to run better. All of it. I'll work out the best way I can serve you and be completely up front: this I can solve, this I can't, this I can partly solve, and here's what it's worth to you.

If I say I can do it, it gets done. Exactly to plan, or beyond. I don't over-promise, and I don't hand over something that only mostly works.

Then, before you pay anything, I build a working piece of it on your actual problem, so you can see it, use it, and choose how it looks. The proof comes first. The invoice comes after.

I'm not the cheapest option. I price on what the work returns, and my goal is for it to return far more than it costs. Give me the chance to make it pay for itself. All it takes is a conversation.

The process

Seven steps. The same every time.

You're guided through every one. You always know where we are, what's next and what it costs.

  1. I

    The Call calcinatio

Forty-five minutes. Every problem on the table, the noise burned away until what matters is left.

  2. II

    The Plan solutio

Each problem broken into its parts: what can be solved, what can't, what it's worth. One fixed price, in writing.

  3. III

    The Proof separatio

A working demo on your real problem, before any payment. You use it and choose the look.

  4. IV

    The Bond coniunctio

We sign and you pay the deposit. From here we're in it together.

  5. V

    The Build fermentatio

The work, under constant pressure. A progress note every week; it never goes quiet.

  6. VI

    The Refining distillatio

A first delivery, then your feedback, refined again and again until it's past what we planned.

  7. VII

    The Handover coagulatio

A trial period, the final payment, and it's yours: run it yourself with a full guide, or let me host and look after it.

After. I'm still a message away. The work keeps paying for itself, and you keep a builder who already knows your business.

What goes into every build

Four elements. One result.

Earth

The foundation

Your data and structure, in one place that holds. Owned by you, backed up, built to last.

Water

The flow

Automations and connections. Information moves by itself between people and tools. Nothing typed twice.

Air

The mind

Intelligence and communication: the AI, the reports, the messages, and a screen people actually enjoy using.

Fire

The drive

The engine: more revenue in, or less cost out. It's the reason to build anything at all.

And the fifth: the result you named on the first call, measured. Hours back every week, more deals closed, a cost gone. That's what you're actually buying.

Investment

Priced on what it returns.

Every project gets one fixed price after the call, in writing. These are where they start.

Fix

from $750

Days

One problem solved: an automation, a connection, a report that writes itself.

Tool

from $3,000

Two to four weeks

One focused app for the job your current software does badly, or doesn't do at all.

Overhaul

from $50,000

By arrangement

The whole operation rebuilt around what works: every system, every flow, every engine, ready to scale.

How you pay

Nothing before the proof. Then a deposit to begin and the rest on handover. Builds of $5,000 or more split into three payments: 25% to begin, 25% at first delivery, 50% on handover.

Who owns it

You get your own copy, a permanent licence to run and change it, and your data, always. Full ownership of the code is available as a buyout.

Who runs it

Run it yourself with a written guide and 60 days of fixes included, or let me host, watch and improve it on a monthly care plan with no long contract.

About proof

You won't find testimonials here.

That's on purpose. A quote from a stranger can't tell you whether I can solve your problem. Your own problem, solved, can.

So the process is the proof. You'll see a working piece of your solution before you pay a cent, and if what you see doesn't convince you, you walk away owing nothing.

The only risk is the 45 minutes. Take it.

The promises

What you can hold me to.

  1. I say what I can, can't, and what's in between. If I say I can, it gets done.
  2. Exactly to plan, or beyond. Never promised bigger than delivered.
  3. You see it working before you pay.
  4. The value must exceed the price. If it can't pay for itself, I'll tell you not to buy it.
  5. What's built is yours to run, and your data is always yours.
  6. Constant pressure. The work doesn't stall.
  7. Every problem found gets fixed, and the craft gets better for it.

Questions

Good to know

Do I need to know what I want built?

No. Tell me what's slow, annoying, expensive or falling through the cracks, and what you'd love to have. Turning that into the right thing to build is my job.

What can't you do?

Some things aren't worth building, some are better bought off the shelf, and a few just can't be done well. You'll hear which is which on the call, before you spend anything.

What does the proof cost?

Nothing. After the call, once we agree on the plan, I build a working piece of it on your real problem. You only pay to go ahead.

Why does it cost what it does?

Because it's priced on what it returns, not on hours. Every plan shows what the build should save or earn you. If the numbers don't work, I'll say so.

Will it work with the tools I already use?

Almost always. Much of the work is connecting what you already have (your CRM, accounting, calendar, payments, inbox) and filling the gaps between them.

What happens if something breaks?

Anything that doesn't work as planned in the first 60 days is fixed at no charge. After that, anything I caused is still on me. A care plan covers everything else.

How fast can you start?

Usually within days. The proof often arrives within a week of the call.

What would you solve first?

Tell me on a 45-minute call. You'll leave with a straight answer and a plan, whether or not we work together.
